There are three modes of service delivery in IRKC to provide maximum possible flexibility to clients. Clients can choose any of the following three models which is best suited to their requirements.

1) Monthly-hour based In this mode a fixed number of hours are bought by client that can be utilized in a month. The key advantage of this model is that it allows the client to buy the number of hours which they expect to be utilized every month. If a situation arises that extra research hours are required in a particular month they can be bought for that particular month without any future commitments. This allows you to start small and avail dedicated information services at a pay-per-use model. This is best suited for clients for relatively less Information services requirements.

2) Full time equivalent This model is best suited for clients with very heavy information services requirements. You can hire a remote employee for an entire month who will have access to all resources and domain experts at IRKC. This implies that you can avail a whole gamut of services without paying for any particular one. The entire bag of services can be used through your account manager by adjusting the hours which will be subtracted from the total monthly commitments.

3) Project based This service delivery model of IRKC is designed for clients who have irregular and sporadic requirements for information services. This allows you to buy any number of hours spread over many domains but it comes at a slightly higher price than those in SDMs which include monthly commitments.
