Power Plant also has air washing system for their switchgear / substation room where they have one Humidity - Temperature Controller with local sensor to monitor the moisture content to reduce or stop arcing due to moisture. The Humidity Control will also extend the life of Electronic / Electrical component and metal cabinets as Dust and humidity linked with power surges are the main culprit for break down of any important equipment. Not to forget that Humidity of 40% RH to 60% RH also gives comfort to the workers inside the room leading to better work performance.

The EOCR- are highly compact and versatile Electronic relays which operate on the basis of current sensing principle with inbuilt current transformer of the EOCR. The EOCR not only monitors the acceptable levels of current but in case of MCU based models also diagnoses the cause of trip or failure resulting in reduced downtime and increase in productivity. These relays are independent mounting relays and can be used with any make of contactor in the equipment.
