INGECO parallel shaft helical and bevel helical gearboxes are widely used in different applications in various industries. These are available in single, double, triple and quadruple reduction units. Ratios of upto 630:1 is possible in these kind of helical gearboxes.

INGECO also manfuacturers conveyor rollers and idlers suitable for heavy applications in stone crushing and mining industry. We also supply idler drums and pulleys for this application. The rollers are designed and manufactured to ensure efficient material handling. The bearings used are of best quality and are made of either SKF/Nachi/ to ensure lng trouble free life of the roller. Any kind of quantity and design can be catered by us. Taper lock pulleys are also available in any section, diameter and number of grooves. The bushing is made up of SG iron and ground to close tolerances.

INGECO IPH series helical speed reducers is the modern development and designed specially for use on systems for single screw extrusion of various materials such as plastic and rubber. It is also widely used in blow molding machines. It is an innovative and progressive approach to overcome the problems of separate alignment of electric motor, gearbox and transmission line. Spherical thrust bearing housing within the gearbox eliminates the requirement of separate thrust bearing housing and will provide capacity to take screw thrust. This convenient thrust arrangement is integrally mounted within the single piece reducer unit to produce a rugged, compact package for all your extruder requirements. The in line direct assembly of hollow output shaft to screw barrel of the machine saves ample space and makes installation easy. The screw can be removed without disturbing barrel and reducer. “INGECO” IPH series two stage helical educers have modular design with a normal reduction ratio ranging between 10:1 and 15:1. The single piece close gain C.I. casting gives a rigid robust construction and incorporates high precision case hardened and ground helical gear train for improved torque transmission.

IPH Series reducers are available in 8 sizes suited for upto 100 H.P. and screw diameters of upto 150 mm.

Double reduction , double output speed reducer is specially designed for roto gravure printing machine. It comprises of box housing make of C.I. close grain casting with PH-2 worm wheel and EN-19 shafts. Provision is also provided for printing cylinder drive. These speed reducers are also available for central drive and end drive for multi station printing machine. This gearbox is available in three different arragements of worm-worm wheel, helical and bevel type gearbox and in ratios of 2:1, 5:1 and 8.25:1

We manufacture screw conveyor gearboxes that are used for feeding or conveying of cement and filler dust in concrete batching plants, cold filler dust in asphalt mixing plants, as well as cement and similar materials in building materials processing plants. Our inline helical gearbox is specially designed and developed for inclined cement screw conveyors. This gives a parallel inline arrangement of motor shaft and the screw. The splined output shaft gives a keyless transmission with the screw and enables a positive frictionless drive.

These are widely used in cement batching plants, 45 degree screw conveyors, vertical screw conveyors. The gearbox comes with the motor mounting flange with different frame sizes.

INGECO''s lifting mechanisms or screw jacks which offer positive mechanical actuation, precise positioning, and uniform lifting speeds and can be used to push, or position loads, apply pressure or a linear actuations. All units are suitable for intermittent operation providing that the housing temperature including ambient is no lower than -30º C or higher than ±95º C. We offer lifetime synthetic grease in standard units that will operate in this range. Our standard model is available for almost any requirement and application. They may be individually used or in a set of two to four gearboxes, depending on the load with a connecting rod connecting the units, with the help of universal joints. We use bevel gears in case of two or more units to transmit the torque from the motor mounted unit. Our versatile mechanical screw jacks are available from its standard range and can lift and precisely position all kinds of loads in capacities from 1 ton to 10 tons. This mechanism offers the combination of design flexibility and economy. Many of our Screw Jacks are operating successfully in a wide variety of industries. Worms and worm wheels are manufactured to Class A limits of accuracy specified in IS:3734-1983 standards. Our worm gears speed reducers have an integral shaft that are manufactured from high quality case hardening steel. Worm threads are accurately generated and super finished. Bearing journals and shaft extensions are ground to fine limits, whilst oil seal tracks are ground and super finished. Standard gear box have right hand threads

Worm wheels comprise of high quality phosphor bronze PB2-C cast rim rigidly fixed to strong C.I. hub, worm wheel teeth are generated by the hobbing process complying super finishing techniques.

Our speed reducers are fitted with angular contact as well as taper roller ball bearings of generous proportions to withstand journal and thrust loads and have an ample margin for taking overhung loads also. Each speed reducer are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects or faulty workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of dispatch.
