Helium Leak Testing

 | Due to our expertise in high vacuum & ultra high vacuum area, we are instrumental in providing on site Helium Leak Testing services of the vacuum system & components using imported mass spectro meter helium leak detector. All types of leak testing & vacuum testing is carried out by connecting the test object to the leak detector and evacuating the object then spraying helium around the object. If a leak is present helium enters the leak and show as an indication on the leak detector. Typically used on items such as electronic tubes and vacuum chambers or systems, pressure testing (sniffing) is executed by pressurizing the internal volume of the object to be tested. The object is then examined for leaks with a "sniffer" probe, which is connected to the leak detector. In case there is a leak present, helium will enter the "sniffer" probe and show as an indication on the leak detector combination pressure / vacuum testing. |
Eddy Current Testing (ECT & RFET)

Specialized techniques can be availed for the onsite inspection of tube bundles, typically in heat exchangers and air conditioning units. |
Industrial Radiography (X-ray and Gamma Ray)
