Cantilever Rack is the only answer for problem items such as long high density steel bar, stock pipe, lumber, axles, chassis etc. or odd shaped products which are too bulky for standard pallet racks. Designed to maximize storage capacity and improve flexibility of space, Cantilever rack is available for light, medium, heavy and extra heavy duty application. Items are stored directly on arms.

  Our clients can avail from us a wide range of Double Deep Pallet Racking Systems. These systems allow pallets to be stored two deep while still being comprehensible from the same aisle. The double pallet racking system provides a highly space-efficient storage system by reducing the number of access aisles and using the space saved to accommodate additional racking.

Drive-In / Drive-Thru Racking is suggested for applications where space utilization is more important than selectivity. For Last In First Out (LIFO) capability the Drive-In allows only one common entrance / exit in the front of the system, while for First in First Out (FIFO) capability the Drive-Thru allows front and rear aisles. The system offer high cubic space utilization while being quite stable. Safety is ensured through use of guide rails.

Flow racking or dynamic storage system has inventory in cartons or on pallets stored on racks combined with rollers or track & wheels. Loading from the rear and unloading from the front ensures a FIFO system. As a load (pallet or carton) is removed, the row of loads behind it automatically moves ahead. Method of loading and unloading include manual, Forklift, Stackers, Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, NA, VNA and even VVNA trucks. This offers high density storage with relatively high level of selectivity and throughput. It is possible to retrofit Drive-In / Drive-Thru racking into a flow racking system.

The Mezzanine is ideal if you need to double your clear space without construction. Elements like steel columns, beams, gratings and other accessories can be combined for creating light, medium, heavy and even extra heavy duty mezzanines with required spans. They can be easily assembled, expanded and even dismantled and re-erected. Mezzanine can also be designed with upright frames instead of columns.

Mobile racking increases storage capacity upto 125%. The racking is mounted on mobile chassis, which run on rails along the breadth and some times along the length. Generally only one aisle is available for storing/retrieving for material handling equipments like reach truck and this aisle gets shared by all the mobile units. Mobile racking can be manual, mechanically or even power driven.

Push Back Racking has pallets placed on carts which can be pushed along the depth to combine the advantages of pallet flow racking and Drive-In Racking for high turnover warehouses and distribution centers. By storing pallets 3 or 4 deep, it offers both maximum space utilization plus improved picking faces on a single aisle, hence higher productivity. In spite of being a LIFO arrangement the storage and retrieval time is reduced while there is immediate access to all SKU???s.
