Our backwash filtration system is used for precision machine tools such as 'Wire cut EDM Machine', carbide grinding machines, etc. upto 10-15 micron filtration capability. We have installed number of such systems for EDM wire cut, grinding machines and are completely back washable without recurring cost of filtration media.

We manufacture disc filtration system which can easily work for 6000-8000 hours and is also economical and user friendly. The system is very effective for high purity of micron particulate filtration and can be used for oils such as Neat cutting oil, Honing oil, Kerosene, Diesel, EDM oil, etc.

The high flow filter system made by us uses polymicron filters in place of resin impregnated paper filter discs. This enables Polymicron filters to have High Flow Rates, even for viscous oils upto 25-30 cst. Major advantage of polymicron filter is its suitability for water and water based emulsified coolants, thereby making it a versatile filter for wide variety of applications. The back flushing cycle takes normally 30 sec.- 90 sec. depending upon vessel volume and no. of paper disc candles.

The industrial centrifuge designed by us is widely used to remove very fine particles from a Liquid-Solid combination, by using centrifugal farce developed by rotating drum at high speed.

Design Specifications:
 
Rotor assembly with Robust Angular contact ball bearings & deep groove ball bearings. Aluminum graded drum with Buna N rubber inner ring driven by 2HP 4 pole motor through belt drive. 0.5 HP centrifugal pump will pump dirty liquid to the Centrifuge & output of Centrifuge flows by gravity back to dirty tank.
 

All these carbide grinding machines are centralised system for (8 nos) carbide and have 700 LPM. They use synthetic coolant and are suitable for emulsified Coolants, Synthetic Coolants, Alkaline Solutions, etc. Dedicated Systems for Single Machine, Retrofitted configuration to existing filtration system and Manual Operations / Semi Automatic / Fully Automatic Operations.

The mobile oil separator (Coalescer), made by us is used wherever there is a requirement to clean & remove non-emulsified oil from aqueous solution or remove tramp oil & solids from emulsions. The mobile unit can service individual machine coolant tanks or containers with the help of float assembly and self priming pump. Air gets introduced due to pump suction connected to float assembly. No specially trained operator is required. The unit can continuously run without attendance and without hindering production.
