Following stages are involved in recruitment process:

  • Identify vacancies against the approved staffing budget by relevant manager
  • To start recruitment process, relevant manager to submit HR office
  • Job profile
  • Activity approved form
  • HR team to prepares advertisements for different media (internal, external, headhunting) (Also sign-off advertisement draft from relevant manager before publishing)
  • HR team to publish the advertisement after fulfilling necessary requirements (call quotations, getting approval from procurement committee etc)
  • HR team to collect CV against the published advertisement
  • HR team to screen out irrelevant CVs and forward CV to short listing committee (relevant manager and one other person to be nominated by HR manager in consultation with ED/ directors)
  • Short listed CV along with the form signed by short listing committee forward to HR team
  • HR Team invites successful candidates for interview and put together schedule and paperwork for the panel
  • Relevant manager should inform HR about the proposed interview panel members (which must include one HR representative)
  • Merit summary and minutes of meeting should signed by ED
  • Reference to ED approval HR team takes up at least one reference. This should be the current line manager of the selected candidate
  • HR team makes offer, subject to medical fitness, to selected candidate. Agrees start date and starting salary (with support from HR team on flexible starting salaries etc)
  • Relevant manager notifies HR team about the successful candidate joining date
  • HR Team in consultation with HRD to coordination of induction schedule & arrival info with the line manager
  • HR team to prepare merit summary reflecting panel recommendation

Greenfield Project

Greenfield projects are basically different types of construction works that are undertaken on Greenfield land where there is no need to remodel or demolish an existing structure.
