Transfer Units: This unit has a rotating table with powered rollers that are used to divert material to the take-up conveyor in automated manner.

Intermediate Lift and Transfer Unit: This unit is used to send pallets from the main line to re-work loop. It has a powered roller table to lift the pallet & transfer it on to an idler conveyor.

Pop-up Table: This is a pneumatically actuated table to rotate the part to be assembled or tested through 360° for ease of assembly.

Pneumatic Stoppers: Pneumatic stoppers are fitted at operator stations to stop the pallet. There are three types of stoppers viz

Electro-Pneumatic Stoppers Lifters: Lifters in our automation system transport pallets to conveyors at different levels or floors.

Electrical Controls: The automation system has programmable logic controllers (PLC’s) which control the overall system functions and provide required safety inter-locks. This offers a flexible way of controlling a system as the program can be modified as and when required.

A roller shaft runs through the rollers which are mounted on the extruded aluminium rails and speed get variation through according to requirement. with the drive chain ensure continuous rotation of the rollers.
