Gas trains form an essential part of any combustion equipment using Inflammable gases like LPG,Propane,Natural Gas etc. for firing its burners.
These Gases are fast replacing the conventional Oil fired equipment in the industries in upcoming Asian countries due to their eco-friendly and efficient burning characteristics. However, use of these gases, unless exercised with due safety, can cause accidents leading to severe damage to Plant and Human life.
Gas Trains are prepiped trains combining various safety and monitoring instruments like Filters,Shut off Solenoid valves, Pressure Regulators, Relief valves, Pressure switches, Pressure Gauges etc.
A simple looking apparatus though, an incorrectly designed Gas train could lead to performance related problems due to improper sizing and selection of components. Such incorrectly sized Gas Trains often lead to inefficient combustion, process shutdowns and unsafe operations.
We manufacture standard and customised Gas trains at our Pune(India) factory to suit process requirements at customer's plant. These trains are manufactured in strict accordance with Relevant safety standards.

Furnaces, Ovens or Boilers are usually heated through on Gas/Oil fired burners. These burners handle huge amounts of Gaseous Fuels (highly inflammable). In case the burner flame extinguishes at any point of time, the fuel Gas keeps purging into the furnace/oven chamber. Such accumulated gases could at a later stage explode and create a potential hazard to equipment and human life.
Flame Detectors are used for continuous monitoring of Burner flame and provide the signal to flame relay through an electronic amplifier. These detectors are mounted on the burner body and keep continuously monitoring the burner flame . In event of flame failure, the UV detector senses such failure and immediately shuts down the Fuel gas supply valve. This immediately stops the supply of Fuel gas into the furnace chamber and prevents accumulation of unburnt gas and thereby the associated hazards.
