| | | Radiography Testing Services | We offer Radiography Testing to examine parts and products for imperfections through the use of penetrating gamma / X-radiation. We make use of hi-tech X-ray machines and radioactive isotope for radiation. Use of modern equipment & accurate result assessment leads to identification of all possible imperfections. By making best use of Radiography Testing method we deliver evaluation of :
- Material properties - determination of composition, density, uniformity, and cell or particle size.
- Manufacturing and assembly properties - dimensions, flaws, bond integrity, accuracy of assembly.

| Ultrasonic Testing Services | We conduct
ultrasonic inspection where beams of high-frequency sound waves are
introduced into material to detect subsurface flaws in the material.
We use different types of ultrasonic testing techniques, of which
pulse echo is the most commonly used technique. Ultrasonic weld inspection /UT flaw detection by computed-aided socumentation and sata recording machine of Krautkramer make. The ultrasonic

| | | Magnetic Particle Testing Services | It is very useful and fast method for
detection of surface and sub surface crack of any ferro magnetic
magnetic materials. Any suspected surface areas of equipment/vessels
or welds of pipe lines during visual inspections or preliminary
survey should be corssed chesked by this method for any rectification
of the defects if found any. The surface being inspected is first
cleaned and then magnetized with the help of permanent magnet or
electromagnetic yoke using AC/HWDC current resulting flow of
magnetic line of force over the surface under test.
At this stage,
magnetic dry/liquid power is sprayed over the surface. Any defects on
the surface/subsurface distoredthe magnetic filed/interrupted the
flow of magnetic lines of force resulting the formation of north and
south poles across the cracks width . These inter poles attract the
sprinkled magnetic power/liquid causing and images of discontinuity
over the surface.
The images is more sharp if the cracks are close to
the surface. Some factors which theeffect the formation and
aooearance of distortion patterns direction and srength of magnetic
field -method of magnetzation employed-size, shape and direction of
defects-surface condition under test- characteristic of magnetic
power/liquid and method of applying.

| Dye Penetrant Testing Services | We offer dye
penetration test that are also known as liquid penetration test.
Other than visual inspection dye penetration test is one of the
oldest and most widely used NDT methods. This test is suitable for
any kind of non-porous material and is best for detection of surface
breaking. We make use of
fluorescent dye to detect the surface breaking. from the flaw. The
objects are coated with visible or fluorescent dye solution and a
developer is applied. The developer acts as blotter and draws trapped
penetrant out of imperfections open to the surface. These can be
suitable for any kind of non-porous material and is most often used
for stainless steel and stainless welded items.

| | We offer leak testing 0f the most preferred Non-Destructive & Non-Invasive Testing Techniques for pipes & pipe line systems. We make use of Infrared Radiometric method to conduct leak test The infrared testing is highly accurate and efficient in locating:
- Pipeline leaks
- Voids caused by erosion
- Deteriorated pipeline insulation
- Poor backfill
When the fluid forms a plume near the pipeline due to leakage, it is reflected in different surface temperature patterns above the leak location, because the fluid has a thermal conductance different from the dry soil or backfill. Our high resolution infrared radiometer scans the entire area and displays pictures with areas of differing temperatures by shades/ tones of colour. Thus facilitating detection of leakage. |

| We extend stress
relieving service for welded & heat treated objects. Presently
large structure are made by fusion welding and the problem of stress
needs to be administered with expertise. Stress develops when there
are certain changes in material density & it's intrinsic
molecular properties due to welding or other heat treatments.
Unwanted internal stresses lowers the endurance limit of individual
parts leading to different types of risks. We treat these internal

the materials of vessels / equipment long expose of
