CRGO Lamination

we manufacture quality strip wound grain oriented silicon steel toroidal cores in a range of sizes. Toroidal cores offered by us find usage in insrument transformers and are wound from (crgo) silicon steel strips to provide optimum performance. These toroidal cores are wound by core winding machine and are annealed in electrical furnace under protection atmosphere, which provide in them features like compact volume, light, low magnetic leakage and hum & high efficiency.

Distribution Core Laminations for use in Distribution and Power transformers are made out of Cold Rolled Grain Oriented Silicon Steel Coils in various grades of M3,M4(MOH,ZDKH etc.) & M5 with thickness ranging from 0.23 mm to 0.30 mm
These Laminations are being manufactured by us in best quality from steel plates having low losses and high permeability.These cut laminations are free from rust and other defects like edge camber,spots, non insulation etc.

We also have the capacity to supply complete assembled transformer core units made of CRGO according to customer's designs and specifications.
