Established in 1986, we "Intech" are engaged in design and development of wide range of polymer products such as SPM For Rubber Industry, Rubber Processing Machines, Rubber Injection, Rubber Injection And Transfer Moulds, Bullet Proof Jackets, Bullet Proof Jackets Moulding Technology Bullets Proof Helmets Technology. Balastic Plates (SAP) estimating its manufacturing process along with  a mould and analysis. These projects are either taken as turnkey projects or in parts and are sourced either from technical institutes engages in research for polymer products or industry engaged in producing original parts for automobile, sports, medical and others such as defense. Our efforts in the field of product development and tooling research is widely acclaimed both by industries and technical institutes in our country.

Because of an elaborate academic qualification and experience of our mentor Dr. Ashok Gupta, a polymer application scientist from IIT Delhi and relentless efforts of our organization, we have been able to cater to the various needs of polymer/rubber industries and technical institutes of our country. We are in a position to understand both the technical as well as commercial requirement of our clients and provide a solution to upgrade them to a international standard. Most of the times our solutions in the form of automation in rubber injection/transfer moulds works out to be economical because of high productivity. Needless to say, such moulds have longer life because of enhanced mould safety. We have elaborated CAD/CAM facility to support our work and support from technical institutes such as IIT’s.
