INTEGRA Engineering, formerly known as Schlafhorst Engineering India Ltd and Padmatex Engineering Ltd., was incorporated in 1981, as Padmatex Engineering Ltd., and was earlier part of the Saurer and later Oerlikon Group through its holding Company Reiners Verwaltungs GmbH, Germany .

INTEGRA Holding has acquired a majority stake in the company on 3rd January 2011 with the goal of growing the business of INTEGRA Engineering strongly.

INTEGRA Engineering is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company egnged in Textile Machinery and Contract Manufacturing Solutions.

In Textile Machinery we offer High Speed Draw Frames, Drafting, conversion & renovation of any make of Draw Frame, as well as spare parts for Autoconer & Draw Frame.
