Film Faced Plywood

Avail from us superior quality film faced plywood that has maintenance free surface and high load bearing capacity. These products are also known as shuttering plywood. Our range of film faced plywood are widely used for construction purposes viz. in form work, farm building, sport facilities, vehicle walls, inside linings, bulkheads and many more.

There are three types of film faced plywood :

Non Densified Film Face (23 kg)
Semi Densified Film Face (30 kg)
Densified Film Face (34 kg & 38 kg)

All our products are BWR material with implementation of Full Glue line, phenol & Formadehyde chemical properties which adds to the life of the plywood with maximum repetition in the c=shuttering purpose.

Chequered Plywood

Offering superior quality chequered plywood that are widely used in producing bus body, truck body, bus flooring, truck flooring and many more allied purposes. Our product designing and developing capability enable us to customize these products as per client’s specifications.
Chequered plywood is a high density BWP grade plywood, banded with high quality unextended phenolic resin. The ply has a chequered pattern on its surface. The panels are pressed at high pressure and temperature to produce an ultra-high resistant and high density plywood to sustain the rigours of flooring in public use. This not only eliminates the smooth surface of ordinary plywood but also makes it anti-slip plywood. The plywood combines enhanced mechanical properties with extreme wear-proof qualities, besides being resistant to corrosive agents and powder proof.
