About UsIntegrated Drive Systems Pvt. Ltd. (IDSPL) formerly known as Integrated Engineering Systems was started in 1987 by Mr. K.K. Shah (B.Sc. Engg.in Elec/Mech, BHU, FIE) & Mr. Ketan Shah (B.Tech in Elec, IT BHU) having vast experience in various disciplines of engineering. The company started with variable speed DC Drives & over the years developed & commissioned customized control & automation systems & special purpose machines, integrating various branches of engineering under one roof for various industries and research institutes.
To meet growing demands, new premises were bought and sister concern M/s. Electro Technics, started in 1989. Specialized departments were established to integrate efforts such as electrical, mechanical, electronics, computers & new development. In-house computer network ensured speedy handling of complex designs & efficient execution in designing & precise artwork - making for circuit boards.
Diversification into manufacturing of special purpose machines & customized automation systems, led to formation of another company M/s. Integrated Automation Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd. (IASPL) has been formed in 1997, thus forming Integrated Group (henceforth referred to as Integrated Group).
IASPL has its own independent land & building of approximately 1800 sq. mts. about 60 kms. from Mumbai, India. IASPL took over the activities carried out by Electro Technics.
A new engineering training division Integrated Skill Enhancement Training Center (iSEC) was setup in 2005 to share its expertise developed over many years to impart practical aspects of engineering and exposing fresh and experienced engineers to the latest state of art equipments, technologies and developments. |
