Focus
Intelenet has focused on both organic and inorganic growth. With our acquisition of Sparsh, a domestic BPO company in 2005 and concentrated effort in the domestic BPO segment, we are now the largest BPO provider serving the domestic BPO market in India. MVP Quality Awards 2009: Intelenet Global Services bagged the silver award, in the Customer Interaction Solutions magazine’s 2009 17th MVP (Marketing Via Phone) Quality Awards, recently announced by Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC). This achievement comprehends the combined efforts and teamwork, contributed to Intelenet’s marketing via phone practices, being recognised within the forefront of the industry.
DQ -IDC BPO E-Sat Survey 2009: Intelenet has been ranked in the 9th position in the DQ-IDC E-Sat survey 2009. The survey conducted by Dataquest was based on basis various parameters for which BPO companies ranked, some of them being satisfaction quotient recruitment dossier. The survey highlighted the quality of training programs undertaken by Intelenet.
Hewitt Best Employers in India 2009: Intelenet has been ranked amongst the Top 25 Employers in India as part of the Best Employers in India Study for 2009 conducted by Hewitt Associates in partnership with Outlook Business, a leading business magazine in India. Social Responsiility
Intelenet , as an organization has always been sensitive to social issues, and we try to inculcate in our employees a sense of responsibility pertaining to social issues both within the organization and towards society at large. This value has been reflected through numerous activities that have been undertaken both within the organization and externally during the past few years. Some of the projects that Intelenet Global Services has been actively involved in, include:
A week’s program where our volunteers visit various Non Governmental Organizations (NGO’s) and spend quality time with them; organising various programs for them. Prior to the ICCP 2004 we had a donation drive where Intelenet collected truckload of household items and clothes which were distributed to the NGO on the visit. Its a school which caters to the severely handicapped and autistic children. Intelenet sponsored some sports equipment which could groom the children to participate in the upcoming Special Olympics. In addition to this Intelenet visited the school four times along with volunteers to play with the kids and help them gain confidence in a particular sport. S.P.J Sadhana School Intelenet collected useful items for the Tsunami victims which was delivered to them through NMIMS (a reputed management college in Mumbai) Tsunami Donation Drive
