We design and develop high performance DRO & Feedback Elements. Our mechanical products include combined bearings that are a combination of two bearings; their orientation being at 900 w.r.t each other. Carefully designed, both the bearings are assembled in a compact housing. Outer bearing takes up the radial loads (upto 13.9 tons) and inner the axial loads (upto 4.6 tons). The bearings can be welded to support structures or jigs & fixtures.

We offer sophisticated systems that can be used to visualize and influence the operating and monitoring line based operator terminal process which serves as a link between operator and machine. When an error occurs, diagnostics on the plant and machinery play a special role. We offer the most diverse range of systems to perform these tasks, from the diagnostic unit PMI micro through to the powerful operator terminals with touchscreen, PMI visu and PMI open.

We manufacture and export superior quality sensor technology PSEN for plant and machinery. Our safety sensors provide effective personal security and industrial safety in automated production and logistics processes. In conjunction with Pilz evaluation devices, PSEN sensors protect man and machine in compliance with the standards.

Stepping motors are divided into three different categories: Variable Reluctance Motors, Permanent Magnet Motors and Hybrid Motors they perform high torque, accuracy and speed.

We design and develop industrial motors and drives that are used for conveyors, packaging machinery, machine tools, speed reducers, commercial ovens, medical and laboratory equipment. Available in either AC or DC from 1/50 HP to 1/3 HP, they are stocked in parallel shaft and right angle designs. All motors are:- •Suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting •Standard with high quality ball bearings •Designed for continuous duty •Finished with a baked-on enamel.

Our servo motors and drives are hard at work, increase productivity, improve part quality, provide precision and reduce cost in many applications. This series provides continuous stall torques ranging from 0.4 Nm (4 Lb-In) to 40Nm (354 Lb-In). Peak torques are typically 4 times continuous. This series has the lowest inertia to provide the maximum torque per package size.

We design and engineer a premium range of control and monitoring technology products. Our timers have been supplemented by additional products - such as electronic monitoring relays, so that a suitable product is available for the widest range of applications.

Our emergency stop relay PNOZ, the programmable safety system PSS and the safe open bus system have heralded a new age in safe control technology.

Our CNC systems respond to the demands of high speed machines. These CNC's offer features that improve productivity while maintaining accuracy on machining centers as well as lathe applications. This CNC can control 28 axes & 4 spindles in 4 different channels. They meet the machining demands for high volume part production with the possibility of conversational programming. They are designed for special applications (grinders, sharpeners, perforating machines, etc.) where the machine manufacturer can create his own specific cycles for the application.

Our motion control can control virtually any driver or amplifier. It can provide direct PWM signals for digital amplifiers, step and direction signals for steppers or hybrid drivers and analog DAC outputs. Built-in MLDT inputs, optional on-board 12-bits analog to digital inputs, two extra encoder inputs, improved position compare/capture feature and one channel of on-board parallel feedback input. It is provided in the following formats: PCI, VME, ISA, 3U (PC/104) and as a packaged system as the QMAC product.

These motors are remarkable due to their excellent ratio of power to weight. They have high force to mass ratio, high linearity, constant force for high precision applications, simple installation due to lack of motor guide ways and low requirements on external slides and no moving wiring due to fixed coil and moving magnets. They use small movements with high speed and/ or high precision.
