Quality Policy / Processes
QA team is assuring 100% testing of custom-made components. e.g transformers, triodes.
Bought out components are tested as per Quality Sampling Plan IS –10673. e.g. capacitors, semiconductors and raw material like copper, bobbins.
UL approved power cables, contactors, MCB are used to provide superior performance. Power cables temperature with stand ability is 105C, contactor operation voltage up to 1000V with insulation 1.5KV, Class 3 MCB with 10KVA breaking capacity and Class F insulation power transformers are use short listed.
Production Facilities
An area measuring 12000 sqft has been developed for production of our products.
We have automated our production to enhance the productivity and also to have the consistency in the quality.
Test instruments, tools, jigs have been developed to test the components, assembled PCBs and final product. R&D and QA departments are equipped with the state-of-art-instrumentation and equipment ensuring the quality checks at each stage.
Over the last decade, Intelux has developed a reliable vendor base for magnetic components and PCB assembly. The components are sourced from reliable sources with all quality systems in place.
Capacitity: To produce approximately 1000 PMUs per month which can be upgraded to 2000 units per month with prior short notice.
Services
Pre-Sales Service:
Intelux collaborates with lighting system integrators and External agencies to understand the customer needs, application requirements and the site related issues. The various options of control gears are discussed at techno commercial level. The -pros and -cons are weighted for the usage cost and recommendations are made considering the payback period as well.
Post-Sales Service:
The lighting system as a whole and electronic ballast as a component are prone to failure on account of site related issues, quality of power supply, system efficacy and component efficiency. On many occasions it is not easy to decide the cause of failure. The Intelux service engineers undertake comprehensive site studies to identify the root cause of the failure and suggest appropriate measures. IEPL ballasts are serviceable. This not only reduces the overall costs but also help to control the solid waste and the consequent environmental issues.
In-Sales Service:
For small to medium projects Intelux marketing apparatus inclusive of Business Associates, located at key locations, offer consultative and solution, sizing of light output and superior options of lighting systems.
