Motor Checker Instruments

Our organization deals in trading and supplying high quality of Motor Checker. These products are used by electrical engineer for quick onsite checks of electric three-phase machines. A reduction in machine performance such as inefficient operation or tripping of overloads, may indicate electrical or mechanical faults. If it is a electrical fault then these checkers will immediately detected, without having to dismantle the equipments. Motor insulation is tested with a high voltage of 500V DC supplied by the instrument. These products are also used to check condition and quality of motors which are in storage before their installation. Motor Checker has three separate operating modes to measure different types of fault such as:

Fully insulation
Open circuits / loose connections
Short circuits
Rotor defects
