SYSTEM OPERATION
- System Consist various volumetric and weight controlled feeding equipment for different ingredients in batch.
- An apparatus for high speed batch weighing of products which flow into a scale hopper under control of the scale and its associated control systems.
- A pickoff measures scale displacement with increasing product load and applies corrective signals to a linear motor to balance the product load while simultaneously providing the effect of viscous damping to the scale.
- Micro processor based controller.
- Different ingredients are displaced in collection container and batch is kept ready for feeding to processing machine.
Weights of ingredients are to be set and stored in controller.
