- Volumetric filling machine suitable for filling granular & free flowing products.
- Consists of a set of rotating discs between which 4-sets of telescopic cups are fitted.
- Driven by geared motor with variable frequency drive for control.
- With small storage hopper of approx. 30-L capacity.
- Adjustable cup volume up to +/- 15% with same cup size parts due to telescopic cup design.
- MS Construction with product contact parts in SS-304.
- OPTIONAL: Extra cup size parts for filling different quantities.
SALIENT FEATURES OF THE BAGGING MACHINE - Vertical form-fill-machine suitable for producing centre sealed pillow pouches OR 3-side sealed pouches.
- With rubberized timing belt (Belt-Draw-Off) mechanism for film transportation.
- With geared motor for driving the paper pulling belts & controlled by variable frequency drive.
- Pneumatically operated centre sealing, cross sealing & pouch cutting mechanism.
- With digital temperature controllers.
- With photo-cell for detection of print mark on the film.
- With Static Eliminator for removal of static charge from the packing film.
- Can handle variety of packing films like Polyester/Poly, Metalized Polyester/Poly, BOPP/Poly, Aluminum Foil/Poly, Polyester/CPP etc. OR Plain films like LDPE depending on sealing mechanism.
- With microcontroller based system for controlling various operations.
- OPTIONAL: Inert Gas / Nitrogen Flushing System for improving shelf-life.
