Flexible:The AC 200 is flexible laser welding & cutting system for fast 2d and 3d handling of metallic materials such as steel sheets, pipes and 3d forms.
Compact:The new AC 200 has a working chamber of 1100*1500mm & amp; a working area of 500 x 450 x 350mm (x,y,z) but only requires a floor space of 3055 x 1700 x 1400mm(W*D*H) due to its compact design both steel sheets of the coil & amp; large 3d forms can be worked on.
Flexible: A solid steel- welding construction together with the portal assembly forms the basis of the x and y axes. The z-axis is provided by the working table which houses the work- pieces and devices. The axle drives are digitally coupled servo motors which are maintenance- free. Accurate measuring systems in the main axes guarantee minute positioning accuracy.

Our Wax Injector System works on the latest technology that offers many advantages over the prevalent process of wax injection. This is owing to the quick release of the wax and thus is a faster method of manufacturing wax based products. Our machine capacity includes 1000 waxes/day atleast by one person. To add on to the unique features, several people can work on the same machine with various molds and purposes, simultaneously. The machine takes the mold in load, presets it, maintains it, injects it, returns it with a rate of success of almost 100%. Our machine can also be used by a non-specialist of the injection process. A simple presentation of the mould in front of the machine and all the parameters are being regulated automatically. It has a success rate of 100% with absolute regularity of the wax weights, accuracy of dimensions and volumes with no wastes. Our machine is fully managed by a software and a micro controller which recognizes the moulds and positions them according to the requirement. The chip's memory is of high capacity and can be modified and enhanced constantly. It can contain and transmit all the parameters of the injection to the machine at high accuracy. Its very easy to operate the machine as the injection is done automatically. The variations of weight are insensitive due to the highly innovative technology used in this machine.
