Under the administration of our founder Mr. Rashmi Chokshi, we undertake job works for Designing, Manufacturing, Installation and Commissioning of various Heating Equipment such as Gas Fired Boilers, Coil Type Boilers, Waste Incinerators, Vertical Liquid Incinerators, Horizontal Incinerators, Heat Treatment Furnaces and many others. These are globally acknowledged for their confirmed & accurate designs, simple installation, low energy consumption & long service life without break-downs. Our full range of product is promoted under the brand name INTERVEST-BOILERS. We offer design and detail manufacturing drawings of this equipment into Auto Cad format for internal self fabrication. This directly results in 30% of cost savings for the customers. We also offer CAD services required in sectors of Engineering, Machine Shops & Chemical Equipment. To ensure effectiveness of our services, we use fully licensed designing software such as AutoCAD, Catia, Solid Works, Solid Edge, Pro-engineer and others. Fuel-Self- Supported and Natural

Design of this waste incinerators is typical. Solid waste has built in carbon which supports self combustion if it is loaded in the chamber where temp of 750 c is maintained. Hence we maintain the loading chamber temp to 750 C through Automatic Gas Burner, at this temp waste release its in built Heat and raise temp of chamber to 850 C. Thus waste is incinerated by self support Heat in primary chamber and is allowed to further incineration in secondary chamber at temp 1050 c maintained by separate Fuel fired Automatic Burner.

Incinerators may be stationary or Rotary depending upon Sold waste and its quantum. These waste incinerators are operated at Min 850 C in Primary chamber and 1050 C in secondary chamber. Thus incinerated solid waste and product of combustion are passed through flue Gas Temp Dilutor, Cyclone separator, and wet Scrubbing system. Before it is exhausted to Atmosphere through Induced draft fan and chimney.

Discharged gas will be pollution controlled within Norms of GPCB for SO2, NOX, HCL and SPM. Incinerator is refractory lined and backed with Cera Wool or with Insulating Bricks. Temprature controller in both Primary and secondary chambers are provided to control required combustion.

Burners are fully automatic and operate on temp of the syetem.Rotary Incinerators are driven by reduction gear arrangement which fully maintain the contact time between Flues and material. From One end Material is loaded and at other end ashes are collected.

This Incinerator is Equipped with followings.

  • Main Vertical Incinerating Chamber Refractory lined and Backed with Cera - Wool insulation.
  • Four High pressure Solid Injection Burners with Combustion fan in vertical Plane to Incinerate liquid waste in suspension during vertical fall towards downwards.
  • Effluent Injectors with Effluent injecting Pump.
  • Flue Outlet with flue gas Temp Dilutor. In this flue gas temp is lowered by adding fresh air through Forced draft fan to reduce scrubbing Losses.
  • Cyclone separator to reduce choking of Wet scrubber.
  • Twin Wet scrubbing system consists of Vertical venture scrubbers, Scrubbing pump and Scrubbing Tank.
  • Induced draft fan to suck all the gases from the system and to deliver to chimney. This fan will also create necessary negative pressure in combustion chamber to sustain the combustion and further incineration.
  • Self supported Chimney of 30 meter height.
  • Control panel with Temperature Controllers and indicators with operating starters.

Incinerated gases will be deliver to chimney with controlled SO2, NOX and SPM, HCL etc as per Norms of GPCB.Gases will be analyzed through Nozzles for pollution at the height of 10 meter from ground. While waste ashes will be collected at the bottom of Incinerator.

Bio-medical incinerator
consists of following:-

  • Primary chamber operating at Min 850 degree C –Refractory Lined and Backed by Cera Wool insulation with Primary automatic Oil burner.
  • Secondary chamber operating at Min 1050 C-Refractory Lined with sillimanite bricks and backed by Cera Wool insulation with secondary Automatic oil Burner.
  • Flue gas temperature dilutor for feeding extra fresh air to hot flues coming from at very high temp from secondary chamber to reduce scrubbing losses by reducing temp of flues going to scrubber.
  • Cyclone separator –to reduce choking of scrubber
  • Wet scrubbing system consist of Vertical venture Scrubber, Scrubing Pump and Scrubber Tank
  • Induced draft fan creates Negative pressure in combustion chamber to sustain further Incineration and to deliver flues to chimney with controlled SPM, SO2, NOX and others as per GPCB Norms.
  • Self supported 30 meter chimney with sampling point.

Primary chamber is designed for maximum temp of 1000 C and secondary chamber is designed for Maximum temp of 1200 C. waste is loaded to primary chamber through hinged door. Hot flues from primary chamber are passed to secondary chamber where it is incinerated at 1100 c temp.

  • Low water and no water in coil lock out the burner.
  • Flame failure Photo cell provided makes operation safe.

These coil type boilers are manufactured now in head of small Industrial Boilers as per new regulation of Indian Boiler Act in which volumetric capacity of coil is controlled to 150 liters. Boiler is suitable for operating Pressure upto 12 kg per sq cm. These Boilers are now IBR approved & manufactured under inspection of Boiler inspectors.

Coil type boilers with water cooled combustion chamber for solid fuel fired are also available in the range from 100 to 1500 kg per hour.

Boilers for solid fuel fired are Equipped with Induced Draft and Forced draft fans to operate on Balanced Draft systems. While Boilers operating with Liquid and Gaseous fuel are equipped with single, two stage or Step less Modulated Fully Automatic Burners. They are also equipped with photo flame sensor to run the Boiler with safety.

Small Industrial Boilers, manufactured as per Reg 609 are also available in range of 100-800 kg per hour, in which volumetric capacity of pressure part is controlled to 500 liters and they are equipped with two IBR approved Safety valves. These boilers are limited with operating pressure of 7 kg per sq cm.

While in Indirect Fired, combustion chamber and heating Tubes are of stainless steel 310 .Flues are passing from Tubes while cold Air is passed around heating tubes. Burners are automatic and sensed by temp of out going Air. They are available in Horizontal as well as in Vertical Models.

Thus stored fuel in Bulk Storage tanks will be transferred to Day service tank to respective Uses through Transferring Units. Free Flowing Viscosity is maintained by Out Flow heaters installed in Tanks.

Thus transferred Fuel In day service tank will be supplied to Main Heating Pumping Unit-Duplex Type where final Efficient burning Viscosity of 90 Sec is maintained by Installed line Heaters. This heating-pumping Unit will have controlled pressure regulating valve in return line to overcome pressure variations effected by change of Burning rate.
