Intimate Plastics was established in 1992 with aim to serve clients with our eco-friendly plastic products. Headed by Mr Sanjeev Aphale we have grown to be a well known company involved in the
Intimate Plastics – 1984 & Pvt. Ltd. Company was Established in 1992 Design & Manufacture of Plastic Components & assemblies for varied industrial purposes. We have acquired ISO 9001 : 2000 and ISO / TS 16949 : 2002 certification which reflects our supreme quality production. On the basis of our performance we have been selected for training on better management & better manufacturing practices in Auto-component manufacturing industry by UNIDO Partnership Program and completed successful training for Phase I & II.


We are a fast growing concern with all modern facilities. Our facilities help us become better and enhances our performances. We are largely concerned with manufacturing plastic products and assemblies. Our plastic products are made with the idea of serving some related industries. The industry we cater with our plastic injection moulding and mould making are consumer electronics & electrical, automobile, engineering industries and white goods.

Along with serving our clients with our eminent products, we are also environment conscious. Hence we have an also worked towards developing greenery around the work area. The garden and trees around the factory has help lower pollution in the surrounding area.

Our range of products consists of engineering plastic components, consumer electronic and electrical plastic components, white goods plastic components, automotive plastic components, plastic injection moulds, cold storage rooms. We have grown over the years to fulfill our clients and also to improve ourselves.


Infrastructure
For the enhanced production of our plastic components we have modernized our infrastructure. The work load is divided among different departments for the smooth functioning of the company process. We have different departments for design, development, manufacture of injection Moulded Plastic Components. With our in house facilities for products and tools we have achieved enhanced performances and innovative concept designing. Apart from this technical guidance is also provided before and after development. Our in house facilities consists of

  • Spark Erosion
  • Facilities of VMC & Wire-cutting will be made available very soon (PRESENTLY Out-Sourced).

Future Plans
Our company is consistently striving towards improving and enhancing our production levels. Hence we have set future goals to get a leverage in the industry. Our company has set the following future plans

2007 –2008

  • To enlarge the working space to 18,000 Sq.Ft
  • To establish a factory at Mann.
  • Addition of 30-360 tons M/C
  • Install CATIA, DELCAM for Designing
  • Establishment of full Tool Room with VMC


2008 –2009

  • Addition of Plastic Injection Moulding
  • To install Machines 600 To 1200 Tons capacity


2009-2010

  • Putting up assembly line for Auto Component.
