It is designed to heat the rolling bearings and other shrink-fit components before ready for mounting. Under this category, we offer four models, which are used for bearings having bore size of 15mm and above. These can be used to heat bearings of larger diameter. It uses a a pair of Raiser Blocks, which comes in the size of 55 x 55 x 120 mm for this purpose.

We offer middle-weigh' from Series HIB, which can be easily carried to the site of operation, using special die-cast handle provided on both sides. This model falls under the category of heavy weight series of HIB, which has similar control as HIB 2. Due to its heavy weight, its nor practical to be carried at the site so easily therefor a special trolley is needed for moving it to the place of site. It is provided with Rol-sliding arrangement for the standard yoke 80x80x490 mm. The arrangement is so designed that the yoke gets lifted mechanically and rolls off from the vertical supports. This results in less damage and scrap mating surfaces.

Model HIB-04 is the very latest addition in the HIB series. The electronic controls of the equipment monitors the ongoing process parameters. All the process parameter are displayed on a LCD display unit and offers it a complete control. It also gives a digital readout of the bearing temperature/heating time.

We offer Mobile Hydraulic Press Series-'HIPR-100/70' is a specially designed equipment for Mounting and Dismounting of Cartridge Type Taper Roller Bearing Units (CTRBUs) used in Rolling Stock of Indian Railways on Class ' E' Axle Journal (6'x11'). This unit is a Jack Type (Horizontal) double acting Electric Hydraulic Puller cum installer having pulling (dismounting) force of 100 Tons and installing (mounting) force of upto 70 Tons.

This Equipment is similar to Model 'HIPR 100/70' in design & construction, but is incorporated with indigenous hydraulic power-pack of 500 bars capacity with hand operated 3 position 4 way directional flow control valve.
