We are a part of Involute Group of Companies, which is organized by the sophisticated SAP ERP system that keeps us well synchronized and updated, backing on which we have achieved an impressive growth of 250% in past five years. Engaged in the manufacturing of gears, we have out standing manufacturing and testing facilities that enable us in offering products of high quality and performance. Infrastructure

We take pride in our infrastructure facilities that give us an edge over the others. We have two huge 110,000 sq feet and are out fitted with machines that are highly productive. These machines have enabled us in producing as many as 6, 00,000 gears per month. Some of the numerous machines that we have are listed below:

Along with the manufacturing plant we also have an In house tool room facility and an in house design unit, where novel designs of fixtures and gauges are created through Auto CAD 2004/pro-e/solidworks and are later picked for incorporation in our products.


Process, We Follow

We follow streamlined manufacturing process to produce a wide range of gears and other automotive components so as to meet the desired expectation of our clients. Various processes that we follow includes the following:

Team

We have a team with qualified and comprises of process managers, production engineers, quality managers and administrators along with the manual workers. Along with expertise and relevant credentials they also have the ability to work closely as a family. They are well synchronized and carry out all the processes in close harmony. Quality Assurance:

Maintenance of quality standards is observed like a culture in our company. We have a team of quality inspectors who are responsible for checking the quality at all levels. They check the raw material at the time of procurement and when the production begins, they closely monitor all the processes involved in production to exempt all the chances of malfunctioning.
