We have a technologically advanced infrastructure base that is equipped with the latest tools & machineries. Our manufacturing process is spread across an area of 3500 sq.feet and has an installed capacity of 24,000 units. This allows us to cater to the varied needs of our clients who are spread globally.

We own mines that are spread across an area of 400 acres of inland deposits and 5 kilometers alongside the beach. These mines contain an estimate of 2 million tons of garnate which is the major source of raw material for our range of garnet sands. We are able to extract high quality garnet from these mines to ensure that our manufacturing process continues smoothly and efficiently.

We have established processing plants at a number of locations to ensure timely production of garnet sands. Our processing plants are present at the following locations:

• One plant is located near the mines to pre-concentrate the raw material. The pre-concentration process begins with processing through the magnetic separator. Then the raw material is sent to the main unit where it is thoroughly washed to remove chloride and other impurities. After drying through the fuel operated rotary drier, the material is further processed in a magnetic separator to attain 97%-99% purity

• The second plant is located in Tuticorin to manufacture sand blasting grade garnet

• The third plant deals with the production of sand and water jet cutters

We also have a warehouse that is situated besides the manufacturing unit. This warehouse protects our production from natural forces and is well connected by the Tuticorin port. We can also provide bulk cargo shipping facility to our clients, thereby serving the varied needs of our clients.

We have a highly experienced and knowledgeable team of experts that manages our resources in the most efficient manner. Our experts are divided into various teams like mining engineers, sales & marketing professionals, procuring agents, quality analysts and administrative department. In order to keep our range of garnets secure, we have a spacious warehouse that is located besides the manufacturing unit. Our warehouse has been divided into different sections to make the loading and loading process smooth and quick. Moreover, our warehouse is located nearby the Tuticorin port, thereby enhancing our connectivity to major international sea routes.

In order to ensure maximum client satisfaction, we package our range exactly as per the client’s specifications. We posses automatic packing machines that effectively pack our range of garnet sand to protect it from dust, rain and sunlight. Following are the different packing methods followed by us:

• 25 or 50 kg Polypropylene bags with an inner liner.

• 25 or 50 kg Multi-ply Paper bags with an inner liner.

• 1 ton or 2 ton Jumbo bags with an inner liner.

• 1 ton or 2 ton wooden pallets with a plastic Shrink-wrap or Stretch wrap.

• 1ton or 2 ton High sided wooden pallets
