Sand Blasting Grade

We provide Sand Blasting on heavy machines and equipment. It is process of smoothing, shaping and cleaning a hard surface by forcibly propelling solid particles across that surface at high speeds. The sand blasting gives similar effect, which produces by using sandpaper. However, it provides more even finish without causing problems at corner or crannies. The blasting process takes place naturally when particles blown by wind causing aeolian erosion. For artificial blasting, compressed air and blasting equipment is used. In blasting equipment, the chamber is provided in which sand and air are mixed to create artificial blasting. The hand-held nozzle helps the mixture to travels towards the surface. We offer different types of nozzles which come in variety of shapes, sizes, and materials. The nozzles are mainly made of boron carbide which resists from abrasive.
