The whole range of flow nozzles assemblies we offer are manufactured to stringent specifications as per codes. The throats & entrance sections are highly polished and bores accurately machined for optimum performance.

Flow nozzle assemblies are supplied for direct mounting between flanges or welded with the branch pipes. The "Weld in type" flow nozzles are welded either direct to the branch pipes or are provided with the "Holding Ring" design. Welding is carried out as per ASME codes and care taken in centering the nozzle in the branch pipes prior to welding as per code requirement.

These orifice plates  and flange assemblies offered by us comes in complete range of sizes and pressure ratings standard and dimensions as per the major international standards. They are available in various types such as weld neck, slip on, etc. screwed with facing FF, RF, RTJ and TG. We offer various types of tapping in our orifice flange assemblies. These are supplied to our clients as ready to install in pipelines complete with studs, nuts, jack bolts, gaskets and drain plugs. Our range of orifice flange are manufactured in a broad variety of materials to ASTM standards like carbon steels, alloy steels and stainless steels.

We manufacture complete range of condensate pots and caged required in many processing industries. stainless steel Condensate pots & stainless steel condensate chambers are generally used for measurement of steam / vapor which condense to liquid state at the ambient temperature. It is also used to cool down very high temperature liquids. Condensate pots are also used to maintain a "constant liquid head" above the instruments. These can be installed both in vertical as well as in horizontal position. Our condensate pots are available as per ISA RP 3.1.1 TO 3.1.4 and ISO 2186, in 2", 3", 4" and 6" sizes. We also manufacture these condensate pots as per customer's requirements and designs. Condensate chambers or seal chambers are manufactured in various grades of carbon steel, alloy steel.

MNV 30-hard seat needle valve that we are offering is widely used in process industries. These MNV 30 needle valves are used in various applications where throttling or shut off is required. All our valves are designed to be safe and repetitive bubble tight.

The MPGV80 series of multi port pressure gauge valve we offer is designed for direct instrument mounting in any position. For calibrating and testing, extra connections have been provided. The same connection can be used for mounting other instrument ties and sample collections. OS&Y bonnet design suitable for high temperature applications are also available on special order.

The range of 2 valve pressure gauge valve we offer is designed for reducing leak points while installation and servicing of transmitters, gauges and switches. This compact valve can be used for calibrating, isolating and venting. A 1/4" NPT vent plug is provided along with this valve.

The M2VM40 series Block and Bleed Valves we offer are widely used for isolation, bleeding and calibration of gauges and switches. Provision for isolation bleeding & calibration are combined in this compact unit. Apart from this, NPT (F) connection is provided for bleeding the process to a receiving zone.

The M2VM10 series of Valve Manifolds we offer are used among various industries for isolation, calibration and bleeding of pressure transmitters, switches and gauges. It combines the functions of tee, calibration valve, isolation valve and all tubing and fittings into a single compact unit thus reducing the number of fittings and space required for installation.

M3VM20 series of valve manifolds ("H" type manifolds) consist of two block (shut off) valves and one equalizing valve. These manifolds are flanged on both sides for mounting directly to D.P. transmitters having 54mm (2-18") center to center connections. Any other center to center distance also available on special order.

The oval flanges supplied with the D.P. transmitters are used on the process side of these manifolds for piping connection. This model provides easy installation and comes complete with found mounting bolts and two PTFE "O" rings for ready installation. Two nos. 1/4" NPT (F) purge connections are standards with these units.

"H" type manifolds or M3VM30 series of valve manifolds consist of shut off valves and equalizing valve. These manifolds are designed for mounting directly to D.P. transmitters having 54mm (2-18") center to center connections.

The oval flanges supplied with the D.P. transmitters are used on the process side of these manifolds for piping connection. This model provides easy installation and comes complete with found mounting bolts and two PTFE "O" rings for ready installation.

The M5VM1E10 series valve manifolds we offer have been designed for mounting directly on the D.P. transmitter having 54mm (2-1/8") center to center distance. These valves consist of two block valves, one equalizing valve and two separate vent valves for purging of the high and low pressure sides.

On the process two 1/2" NPT connections are provided for tubing / piping into the process taps. This model comes complete with four mounting bolts and two PTFE "O" rings for ready installation.

Our Multi Stage Restriction Orifice Assembly have several orifice plates welded or assembled into one assembly for controlled stage wise pressure drop. The assembly comes with either butt weld or flanged ends.

Pressure valve manifold or M5VM1E90 series valve manifolds we offer consist of two block valves, one equalizing valve and two separate vent valves for purging of the high and low pressure sides. These valves are flanged on one side for mounting directly to D.P. transmitters having 2-1/8" (54mm) center to center distance. Any other center to center distance is also available on special order.

On the process two V2" NPT connections are provided for tubing / piping into the process taps. This model comes complete with four mounting bolts and two PTFE "O" rings for ready installation
