My Dear friends,
In this world most of peoples  say to someone. I can do something, I will do  something so this keeps happening. If I were  do this thing whether today I am at high  stage. Some people thinking this type, My  friends are working on a high profile job  because they are lucky and I am unlucky, my  luck not with me. So today bad days came  into the my life. This types of keeps we are  listening. My dear friends why are you not  thinking this keeps happening in only our life,  What is the reason behind it? The reason is  our Aim.  Aim is most important factor  in human life. Which is achieve the success  of  life. In human life so much difficulties but  talented person find the ideas which is  achieve the success in his life.                                                           

We have seen any dream, after complete that dream society & also our parents may be criticized or good thinks to me. Let us tell the one question to your mind. What should be do in my life? Your mind answered to this question be positively. Yes I can do everything, but one thing is considered here this is your burning desire. If you are follow this thing my own experience is you congratulation from society & your parents also your friends. Today I am 40 years old. I was son of poor farmer. I have two brother & sister. Our family was go to very bad situation. My mother & father worked as labor and start the home expenses, so much hard work from my parents after two times bread & butter gives my family. That time I was seven years baby. I thought I can do something whether my situation should be changed. I study properly in my school & college days. In my mind I thought I join a Police service but your burning desire you shall get your success & nothing impossible things in life.

Sometimes should be gone I have completed B.A. graduation but my dream not change. That time police rally program organized in the district of Solapur. The quota of the rally was the only 450 sits and 4 to 5 thousands students came to the rally program. I stay at end of the evening but rally not be started & end of the evening announced from the officers Today’s rally program was cancelled all of students should be go to your home. The situation of that students should be changed all the students angry with officers. But policeman should be attend his duty. I can’t realized what keeps happening, I asked to the one old person why the policeman attacked on the students. The old person said to me this is not a district police this is the state reserve police force. State reserve police have a high authority as comparison to the district police. That time I have decided I will join state reserve police force. & my dreams came into reality I join the state reserve police force. I have completed my 10 years in the government service. I was very happy of my service & salary. But one thing should be in my mind I can do different from other peoples. But I can’t give any chance to prove myself.

One day risen in my life all the things are changed. I was read the news paper one advertise after training you have get 22 thousand rupees per months I was very happy because simultaneously I do my job of police force, after thought I am give the an information regarding to this advertisement & business. What is actual work and then I join the company as a part time.
