It is designed in an elliptical shape to enable entry into restricted or narrow spaces, as well as offer capability to lift high loads. The electro magnets are designed in such a manner to develop deep penetrating electromagnetic field to lift scrap and other diversified forms of ferrous materials. Our Rectangular Lifting Electro Magnets have been designed for handling regularly stacked materials such as plates, billets; blooms and ingots under sever mill conditions. They are also used in transporting hot slabs and bars, tables, profiles and bundles of wire in steelworks, steel storage depots and shipyards. They can be used as individual units or as several magnets suspended by a lift beam, depending on the kind of applications. Our heavy duty fabricated electro magnets are engineered for special applications in the handling of sheets, billets, blooms and other steel mill type applications. Our rectangular magnets are designed to give maximum efficiency in operations that requires loading and unloading goods in storage yards, ship yards, steel mills and warehouses.

All of our magnetic separators are based on its operation on Direct current. High permeability mild steel constitutes the iron part of our separators ensuring high magnetic field distribution to produce maximum force density at a selected working distance from the magnet face. The bottom plate is made of heavy stainless steel plate. Our products are known for their high ruggedness. The Over band belt type separator is used to facilitate automatic discharging of tramp irons in the same direction as the main conveyor. Some of its features are:

Our over band or cross belt magnetic separators are suspended over conveyor with a powerful rectangular magnet which pulls out tramp irons. The cross belt magnetic separators provide a continuous and automatic discharge of collected tramp irons. It has a provision of Cleated self cleaning belt, which helps in sweeping away the tramp iron in a specific place. This product is widely used to protect machines such as Crushers, Shredders and others. They help in removing ferrous particles in Foundries, coal mines, cement works, food processing industries, domestic waste recycling plants etc.

Permanent magnetic (PM) Tramp Iron separators are specially designed to clean tramp metals from the products conveyed by the belt, vibratory feeders or inclined planes. Such separators are mainly used to protect machines from ferrous particles and other iron tramps. Such Permanent magnetic overband separators are used when an automatic removal of ferrous particles is a requirement. Our separators are designed to operate at a predetermined working gap over the conveyor, which could be customized also. We consider various parameters while choosing the type of Overband, such as

Speed of the belt The belt is driven by a reduction gear coupled to electric motor. The striking feature of this product is that it doesn’t require any electrical supply or maintenance for its operation.

This product Permanent Magnetic Concentrator is widely used to upgrade or concentrate materials which contains a very high percentage of ferrite composition or where magnetic/mechanical agitation is required for the separation of ferrous impurities. It is also ideal for up gradation of sponge iron/cast borings, steel/brass/aluminum turning, chips and also for mineral beneficial applications such as the purification of dry ceramic and refractory materials, removals of iron contamination from chemical powders etc.

Our Vibratory Feeders are efficient in an operation which requires a delivery of uniform flow of dry or moist fractions of rocks and minerals. Our products are suitable for feeding all types of dry bulk material with throughputs from just a few kg to hundreds tons per hour. We also provide custom designed vibratory feeders based on customers’ specification for length, width, and bed depth, as well as addition of a variety of other accessories and options. For dusty feed, we provide dust-proof covers at the inlet and outlet of feeder to reduce dusting. For abrasive feed, special bed liners can be mounted to reduce wear and tear of the feeder. Our ranges of vibratory feeders are based on its field of applications. We have this product for applications which are of light nature such as, dosing, batching, weighing, mixing and packaging. These are simple controlled, low energy consuming drives. We also manufacture feeders for Medium duty which can be used as discharge feeder or for conveying dry bulk material in the processing stage. We manufacture one of the most robust EOT Cranes Electric Overhead Traveling cranes in the Industry. Brakes and Brake Adjustment -
Motors of the conical rotor type have an axial movement of the rotor which is used to activate the brake. This is the most simple and reliable system available. The brake is automatically applied when the power is off.This provides a fail-safe system and eliminates solenoids,adjustable air-gaps,and other similar headaches.
ISC Machines' conical brakes are designed to withstand 200% of full load motor torque.
In addition the unique brake adjustment feature on ISC Machines hoist greatly reduces down time and maintenance. The brake adjustment is made simply by removing the same number of shims from each of the bolts holding the brake end cover.
Gear Box -
Precision spur gears are made of high quality steel and are machined from solid blanks. Hardened gears and the use of lubricants reduce wear to a minimum. The gears are enclosed in a cast iron housing and precision ball or roller bearings are used at all points of support.
Motor -
The 3-phase squirrel cage induction motor used in the ISC Machines hoist is of the conical type. It is insulated in class F and specially designed for crane and hoist duty with standing and stalling torques of approximately 220% and 290% respectively.
Main Housing -
All parts of the hoist unit are enclosed in the main housing thus forming an integral unit. The main housing is of welded steel construction equipped with mounting brackets for various types of mounting.
Rope Guide -
A rope guide with built in rope tightener is delivered as astandard item to ensure correct winding of the wire rope under all conditions.
