Unitherm solid fuel fired heating plants offer options for automated combustion of more than 100 different fuels including high moisture biomass using latest combustion systems specific to fuel. The automated fuel and ash handling, sophisticated controls, in such plants make such plants ideal replacement for expensive oil fired plants giving similar ease of operation. Options for combustion systems include fluidized bed combustion (FBC), reciprocating grate, travelling grate, underfeeder type or simply a fixed flat grate depending on fuel. Unitherm solid fuel fired thermic fluid heaters are available in capacities from 0.4 million kcal per hour to 12 million kcal per hour.

High pressure steam generators are essential for many industrial processes that require heating media temperatures  very high. The disadvantages of hot Oil media in deodorization applications are well-documented: even traces of the fluid in edible oils are unacceptable in food processing and food additive applications. Water is the safest medium for heat transfer in many cases. The deodorization market is eliminating the use of thermal fluids in food grade applications and gravitating toward high pressure steam heaters.

Our high pressure steam generator is a heating system that offers the best features of a steam system with a safety clause attached to it. Isotex designs unfired boilers for indirect steam generation from thermic fluid.

These units are most suited where thermal fluid is primary requirement, in that case fired steam boiler can altogether be omitted including its auxiliaries . Thus all other applications requiring steam may also be covered.

Isotex offers units suitable for steam generation capacities from 300 kg/hr upto 8,000 kg/hr for pressures 100/150/250 PSI

Many technological processes, above all in the food industry and edible oil mills, need to use high temperatures (higher than 250°C).
High temperatures are usually obtained using thermal oil but, new regulations, do not allow to use thermal oil where there is danger to pollute the food under process.
In these cases it is a must to use high pressure steam for having temperatures up to 290°C.
We have studied and produce our steam generators, working with closed circuit and with natural circulation (no pump is needed) can produce steam up to 100 bar.
All installations using this thermosyphon boiler work without pump, steam traps, water treatment and feed water tanks.
