Our triple action Hydraulic Scrap Bailing machine are fabricated out of graded and tested steel plates to withstand continuous pressure created in the chamber box. All joints are process welded for strength and rigidity. The inner lining of the compression chamber which comes under extensive wear and tear is fitted by means of screws with hard replaceable plates. Scrap is placed in the compression chamber, and the excess scrap is sheared out by the top lid. The top lid is then firmly closed by cylinder and locked mechanically to avoid back load on the lid cylinder. The scrap is compressed by the main cylinder with higher tonnage so that the scrap is pressed to its minimum possible bail size. The front door fitted by two cylinders is opened and the bail is pushed out by the main cylinder.
