Our Die springs are imported and meets international standard for use and available in four types of tensions which can be identified by different colors such as Green(for light load), Blue(medium load), Red(Heavy load), Yellow(Extra heavy load). However, the color can be selected by the help of load calculation chart, which is available with us.

Sizes available from ready stocks-

• Outside Diameter from 10mm to 50mm.
• Length from 20mm to 360mm in all colours.
• Internal holes are generally half of the outside diameter.

Dowel Pins made of EN31, Hardened upto 55 HRC, 30 degree champer at one side, ground, smoothened & lapped.

• Tolerance (-0.00, +0,01) Diameter size.
• It is available in various inches and metric series from 2mm to 16mm in lengths from 10mm to 100mm.

Features of Ejector Pins
(Round, Straight - cylindrical Head)

Material – Core hardened 55degree (+3) HRC Hardness of HDS is 40 - 50 degree HRC while surface hardness is at 650 RC duly mitrided, smooth finished.

These are available in different types which are as follow :

HDS Ejector Pins : Known for highest precision and constant quality, our HDS ejector pins ensure a trouble free and accurate operation. These are straight hardened, tempered, ground, nitrated and lapped. The core hardness of these pin is maintained at 45⁰ ± 3HRC with hardness 950 HV approx 68HRC only for top layer of approx 0.015mm.

 

Step Ejector : Our step ejector pins can effortlessly take out the molded product after its solidification. Procured from reliable vendors, these are trouble free pins and smoothly run in dies and molds. We readily have most of the sizes in our stock.

 

Square Ejector: Our Square Ejectors can meet high performance demands even in tough conditions. These are widely used in different mold ejecting applications in diverse industries. Fabricated from premium quality metal alloys, these are available in various sizes and specifications.

 

Steel Ejector Pins : Our steel ejector pins are available in dimension from 1mm to 20mm, length from 100 to 1000mm. Silver Steel (EN-31) with core hardness 55⁰ ± 2HRC with head annealed 45⁰ ± 2HRC. Its tolerance is maintained upto 0.005 mm.

Blade Ejector: Available in diverse sizes and specifications, these blade ejectors can easily shot enclosed in dies and also used in casting applications.

We are offering Industrial Punches which are duly made of High Speed Steel M-2 grade (cylindrical head,CSK type, straight) as per DIN: 9861/ IS 4296 standard.This pins are hardened to 64 degree HRC and grounded to close tolerances of (-0.01mm). Used for Die and moulds manufacturing, these can be re-faced or re-tipped while still controlling an exact fit to existing dies when damaged. Our punches are provided to our clients in customized specifications as per their varied requirements.

Step Punch : Our step punches are widely used in metal fabrication industries. These are ideal for pressing through sheets of metals and into a die to form desired shapes on the metals. Widely used for its efficient and long-lasting performance, our range is cost effective.

 

Square Punch : These square punches serve numerous applications in the engineering industries all over the world. Our range is available in rod types and has a shaped tip at one end. The other end of the punch has a blunt butt that is struck by a hammer to put force on it during the pressing process.

Special Punches : Our HSS punches are available in diameter (in 0.1mm in progression) from 0.5mm to 25.4 mm and different lengths of 25 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm, 50 mm, 70mm,80mm, 100mm and upto 200mm more to meet the diverse needs of the PCB industry. Further, we also offer these punches in different tolerances, material and technical specifications of the clients.

 

Piercing Punches : These punches can efficiently minimize wear, flashing, wicking and dishing. Our HSS punches are truly hardened to the core 64⁰ ± 2HRC with the head annealed 45⁰ ± 5HRC. These pins are precision smooth finished lapped with maintaining tolerance of (-0.005mm) to (-0.01mm) for smooth running in dies and moulds. However, tailor made tolerance is also made available from our reputed manufacturers.
