An exceptionally able board lead by the Managing Director, Mr. Ravi Patodia.  The group now claims a turn over of over 22 million US Dollars, or Rs. 1000 million, per annum.

In 1996, JAGADAMBA Auto-components Ltd. began manufacturing Machined Components and Transmission Gears at Koregaon Bhima, an industrial destination close to Pune and easily accessible from the commercial capital of India - Mumbai.

Our organization has all the requisite resources to offer a complete range of automotive components. The different types of products offered by our company are as follows:

We are proud to have modern infrastructure that enables us to execute our manufacturing and quality testing processes completely in-house. We make optimum utilization of available resources that are handled & managed by our team of professionals, who use latest techniques to reduce wastage and manufacture defect free products.

  Our spacious manufacturing plant has a decent production capacity to meet the bulk demands of our customers throughout the year. Moreover, to ensure consistent & qualitative production, we have installed latest machines & equipment that includes:

  • CNC Turning machines of Muratec and ACE make with competence to handle diameters of up to 200 mm and a swing of 250mm

  • Facing and Centering machines for Shafts backed by Copy Turning machines

  • Vertical broaching machines of Protel & Karlklink make with capacities of 3T, 6T & 16T

  • Turn Mill center from Gee Dee Weiler.

  • Conventional & CNC 5-axis from manufacturers like Liebherr, Mitsubishi & Pfauter for gear cutting up to 200 mm diameter & 5 module with a DIN class 6 accuracy as per DIN 3962.

  • Gear shaving machine capable of performance up to a diameter of 150mm & module 5 with diagonal & traverse

  • Cylinder and Angular Wheel head Grinding machines with Auto sizing equipment (between center Height of 150 mm and length of 500 mm.)

  • Gas sealed-quench furnaces for case carburizing & nitriding

  • Rotary table surface grinder with a table diameter of 1000mm

  • Bore Honing machines for finishing ID of gears
