The Rotary Juice Screens we offer are renowned for introducing the liquid in minimum head loss condition. The screens rotates in the opposite directions for attaining maximum shear velocity. Like our other screens, these are also used to separate the solids from liquid. The quantity of raw juice on a specific screen size is enhanced at reduced cost by this operation. In addition, the introduction of the raw juice on to the contra-rotating face improves the screening efficiency. The amount of Bagacillo capture off the surface of the screen is also enhanced due to the shallow approach. Screen efficiency is adversely affected due to the flooding of the juice, which is caused by the same direction rotation of the juice flow and drums. Towards the discharge end of the screen, a fine gradient is provided while its mounting, which allows increased retention period. Apart from the maximum juice recovery, this arrangement also helps in improving drying of Bagacillo.
