At our organization quality testing starts from the initial stages of Tape making, 2 percent of the tapes approximately are checked for its Denier, Strength, Elongation, Color and UV Stability. • Tape Extrusion: We offer over 150 MT polymers per month with Lohia star linger loom's
• Small Bags: 25,000 bags a day or 9 million bags per annum
• Printing: Sharp and Weather resistant printing is achieved on flexography printing machines. The capacity of printing is up to 25,000 prints per day.
• Packing: Hydraulic baling presses ensure highly compact bales, thereby saving floor space in storage.
• Inspection: Each and every piece is examined for dimensional accuracy, Weaving, Print, Stitch quality and Appearance.
• Sewing
• Lamination: In-house facility for coating; pre–requisite for making FIBCs and other polywoven products.
