InfrastructureRewas Port: Rewas Port is a green field port development near Mumbai. It is a joint development effort of Maharashtra Maritime Board, Amma Lines, Reliance Logistics and Jai Corp. The Rewas Port is planned to be a deep drafted 14.5 mtrs. multi purpose port and envisages development of 10 berths in the initial phase planned exclusively in the inter tidal zone. Co-Developer: Power: Jai Corp has promoted three SPVs for generation, transmission and distribution of Power to SEZ area. These SPVs are co-developer under the provisions of SEZ Act, 2005. Jai Corp plans to develop a 700 mw gas based power plant for captive use of its SEZs.
Water:
- Jai Corp has promoted an SPV, Urban Water Supply Pvt. Ltd., which shall provide water and sewerage facility to the SEZ area. This SPV is a co-developer under the provisions of SEZ Act, 2005.
Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) :
Jai Corp has taken equity stake in Urban Infrastructure Construction Pvt Ltd, which is in the business of EPC. This Company is a co-developer under the provisions of SEZ Act, 2005.
