Raw Materials Used
We make use of high grade plastic in giving shape to superior plastic components. The raw material used include : Flame Retardant Nylon 66, Glass Reinforced (Zytel FR50 BK 513) The material is similar to Nylon 66 but have halogen free flame retardant additive that provides it UL94VO at 0.8mm. Nylon 66 Glass Reinforced 30% Non-F.R. This raw material is used in making most of the bobbins due to its relative low cost and an ability to mould thin sections, which retain a high degree of stiffness. Thermoplastic Polyesters (Rynite) We use this material in making components where high stiffness, low moisture absorption as well as dimensional and thermal stability is required. Thermoplastic Polyesters The thermoplastic is easy to mould and has a temperature resistance of 130°c. It also possess volume resistivity, low moisture absorption rate and is quite stiff. |
