We offer qualitative range of Magnetic Hump; these are particularly designed separators for rectangular chutes or round pipes where flow speeds and deepness surpasses the capacity of plate magnets. Our range of magnetic humps is recommended in case if the flow is vertical, or if the angle of the chutes exceeds 70 degrees. The angular shapes of the housing carry out the powdered or coarsed material straightaway against the plate magnets. The product flow strikes the first magnet and later on alters the course to strike the second magnet and helps in better separation as compare to conventional chutes separation. Even if product flow is light, on magnet in the half hump design may well give enough separation. Apart from fabricating standard range, we also offer our customers the facility of customization.

Magnetic Pullies offered by us functions as head pulley on belt conveyors and are self cleaning in built. These help in the elimination of tramp iron and purification of materials conveyed in the form of bulk. As and when material is carried on to a conveyor and go through the magnetic field, ferrous metal in the material are influenced towards the belt. These materials are held by the magnetic pulley against the belt till these are carried to the underneath of the pulley, where these are moved away for discharge from the magnetic field. Non magnetic material goes away from the pulley in a normal path. This sorts of separation is automatic and continuous. Our existing head pulley can be substituted by a magnetic pulley on a size for size basis.

Our magnetic drums possess higher strength in comparison of electromagnetic drums. These permanent magnetic drums are made using permanent magnets, which are long lasting in quality and useful for whole of the life. The power of these permanent magnets does not reduce during normal use. Volume of material which can be handled by permanent magnetic drums depends upon the diameter & length of the drum.

Our range of Magnetic Trap separators is tailor made for liquid/slurry materials and are meant for heavy duty bulky liquid line flow structures. The position of the magnet tubes is in such a manner that the captured tramp metal particles travel to the back of the tubes where these stay protected from wash off till the tubes are cleaned. The magnet cage is equipped with positioning lungs that assist with locating recesses in the body of the T-Trap avoiding rotation as liquid flows through the trap. With top access bolt on steel plate and seal, the T-Trap is simple to clean. Magnetic Trap is designed in such a manner that it can be easily wiped and installed. These are available in 7 standard line sizes which vary from 1 to 18 inches in diameter.                                                   
 
 

We produce Magnetic Bar and Grill which are widely used in bins, chutes, drawers and hoppers. These are used in bins, chutes, drawers and hoppers and are crafted to remove ferrous metal and tramp iron from material like plastics, foods, cosmetics, grains and minerals. These are available in both round and square shapes. Standard magnetic grill has a diameter of 25 mm packed with either high grade ceramic or rare earth magnets, displayed on 500 mm which is centered and welded into grid patterns. 
 

Our range of Magnet Plates is widely used for sloping chute applications; these assist in the removal of damaged metal and ferrous contaminant. These are used in several industries, some of which are food, grain, Chemicals, Plastics, Textiles, Cosmetics, mineral Pharmaceutical and cleaning highway shoulders. Magnet plates help in the segregation of ferrous metals from fibrous, viscous or liquid material. These are installed in rectangular, sloping chutes; a section of chute should be removed for installation.
