As and when material is carried on to a conveyor and go through the magnetic field, ferrous metal in the material are influenced towards the belt. These materials are held by the magnetic pulley against the belt till these are carried to the underneath of the pulley, where these are moved away for discharge from the magnetic field. Non magnetic material goes away from the pulley in a normal path. This sorts of separation is automatic and continuous. Our existing head pulley can be substituted by a magnetic pulley on a size for size basis.
