UV curable coatings and Metal Pre Treatment Chemicals |
We are engaged in manufacturing a wide range of UV varnish, UV curable coating, UVOPV for gloss and high gloss for special effect like sand finish, grain finish, leather finish, glitter finish, structure finish, matt finish. Our UV coatings are applied using roller coater, varnishing machine, offset ink duct, offset dampener, flexo, screen and many more methods. Moreover, these can also be used for full coating as well as spot coatings. Some of the varnish effects are applied using roller coating, screen printing, offset printing, varnishing machine and flexo using anilox rollers. We have with us 40 years of experience in manufacturing and supplying metal pretreatment chemicals along with UV curable coatings. Some of the pretreatment chemicals we manufacture are cold blackening chemicals, chemicals for export worthy phosphating, de-greasing cum rust preventive products, liquid de-greasers at room temperatures, water based sealants and cleaners cum rust preventives.
