About Us
In 1980's an idea was formed to enter into the activity of metal processing/engineering under the guardianship of Sh. R.N. Jain who has relevant experience of 15 years in the metal processing industry and Jainendra Industries Private Limited was formed. Incepted in 1996, we started our commercial production in 1998 of die cast components made of non ferrous metals such as aluminum and zinc alloys of different grades. Our product range includes Brake Shoe Castings, Castings for Automotive Components, Clutch Plate Castings, Electric Components, Die Cast Components for Oil Lubrication Systems.
Our products are widely used in various industries like automobile, electrical, engine, generating sets, machines and home appliances. We are committed to develop a minimum of two components in each month to maintain the pace of growth by adopting the latest technology and cost control systems. Our production mechanisms completely suit the client's needs and are also widely renowned. |

Product Profile
During the period spanning over 8 years, we have created an experience of manufacturing components not only for automobile industry but in the diversified areas of components for engines, electrical equipment, generators, home appliances, electronics and also decorative items. We started to cater to reputed OEM's with pressure die cast components made from aluminum and zinc alloys. Our product range encompasses Brake Shoe Castings, Castings for Automotive Components, Clutch Plate Castings, Die Cast Components for Home Appliances, Electric Components, Die Cast Components for Oil Lubrication Systems, Railway Engine Parts, Engine and Generator Parts, Automobile Spares and Electric Motor Parts.
All the facilities of manufacturing and designing of tools and dies were provided for prompt development of the components from the scratch. The result is that, today we produce more than 500 types of components. |

Our inspection instruments include micrometer, magnifying glass, height gauge, digital vernier, gauges, surface plate, air gauge and various instruments for checking for checking of the in process products at various levels. Our controllers are highly proficient in their job and test the die cast components for chemical analysis report of raw material, check of temperature, fitness of tool, cooling system in tool, casting dimensions, casting weight, visual form of casting, checking of dimensions before and after filing, gauging, spring hole check by marking, break load testing, insert size checking and checking through gauges. |

Manufacturing Facility
We started our commercial production with 2 cold chamber pressure die casting machine. We produce pressure die cast components and finish them to the quality mark such that they are directly consumed in the Process of Production. We undertake Bulk Production of casting followed by Filling, Fettling, Drilling, De-Burring, Grinding, CNC Machining, Vibration, Cleaning, Assembling and finally Packing. Our key ingredient is the Alloy. We process Aluminum and Zinc Alloys of various compositions. Some standards are LM2, LM6, LM24, Zamak3, Zamak5 etc., and others are acquired as per customized specifications of the customer. Century NF Casting, Blue Precision and other localized suppliers are the sources of Alloy for developing these components. We have created a strong and dedicated team of professionals who have wide experience and knowledge related to this field. We have filling and fettling man force. We have 1200 Man Hours per Day at our Disposal for Filling, Fettling, Cleaning, Packing and Other Jobs. Under the leadership and motivation of our directors R.N. Jain, Madhu Jain and Sushil Jain, we have progressed in leaps and bounds. Our team is also trained by experts from time to time so that the best can be delivered to our clients. Our team understands the specifications and accordingly manufactures products. We also set up workshops to familiarize the team with the proper usage of machines. |
