Since our inception in the year 1950, we have been engaged in manufacturing high quality international standard laboratory glassware equipment. We endeavor to increase our product range with our improved fabrication process. Our prime objective is to get introduced in new markets and develop innovative products for research and education.

PRODUCTS

We manufacture a complete range of laboratory glassware products like utility sets, condensers, sintered glass wares, conical glass flasks,volumetric glass flasks and many more. Apart from our glassware products, we are capable of fabricating various kinds of plastic, rubber, metallic and electrical equipment required by our customers. We have an endeavour to increase market share and are committed to continually improve the quality products by meeting ISO : 9002 Standard.

Our manufacturing unit is well equipped with latest machineries, which helps us to have total control over quality and fabrication of our range of products. Using the cutting edge technology and precise machinery, we have broadened our production process. We manufacture different types of high tolerance glassware in our flexible shop, keeping costs lower. Our commitment and innovation, strengthened by the expertise of our people.

Manufacturing process

All these glassware products are made of low coefficient of linear expansion (32.5x10-7/0c) borosilicate glass. The very first step, is melting the glass and giving it a proper shape. In the second step shearing and distribution system cuts the molted glass to give it a right shape. To make the glassware products stronger and to eliminate the stress from the container, we properly condition these products in the annealing lehr. Finally, we apply a special surface treatment to increase the line mobility of the glassware. To maintain the inherent strength of the glassware, we reduce the abrasions.

Our Team

Qualified technicians and engineers having many years of experience perform all this conditioning work. A team of about 70 skilled and unskilled people is working together. We also undertake the manufacture of new products according to customer's specifications and drawings.

Research & Development

We continue to bring new technology to the market, as well as adding value to the existing one through our in house research and development laboratory. The research people over here serves as a technology base in which, we confidently test the feasibility of our products and processes, simulating actual operating conditions.
