Established in the year 1950, Jain Scientific Glassware, an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, is engaged in manufacturing and exporting a wide range of laboratory glassware. The range includes Burettes, Pipette, Flasks, Measuring Cylinders and General Laboratory Glassware. With an aim to fulfill the requirements of our clients, we also offer Tubes, Funnels and Bottles. These are fabricated using high grade laboratory glass with low coefficient of linear expansion borosilicate glass. These are widely used by our clients based across chemical, microbiology, R & D, pharmaceutical, pollution, oil & gas industries and quality assurance labs.
We are backed by a spacious manufacturing unit that is installed with latest machines and equipment. The team is engaged in manufacturing different shapes of glassware products as per the requirements of the client’s drawings. Our objective is to garner a wide client base in the industry and develop the products meant for research and education. Our products are quality tested on various parameters to ensure that these are flawless and in-line with international standards. We have business plans for expansion /production/ tech upgrade/ for setting up two more plants.

The Process We Follow
The glass ware products are made of low coefficient of linear expansion (32.5 x 10-7/0c) borosilicate glass. Initially, we melt the glass and mold it into a proper shape. This is followed by shearing and distribution system cuts of the molted glass to give them a perfect shape. The annealing lehr process is used for making the products strong and eliminating stress from the container. Lastly, we apply a special surface treatment for increasing the line mobility of the glassware. This is helpful in maintaining the inherent strength of the glassware and reduction of the abrasions. In addition to these, we also offer customization facility on the products as per specifications detailed by the clients.
