Ø Main Features of 120TPH 3 Stage aggregate Crushing Plant.
§ The Primary Crushing Station mainly consists of dump Hopper, Grizzly Feeder, Primary Jaw Crusher and Vibrating Screen. The Jaw Crusher selected is which accommodates maximum feed size of 200 mm diagonally.
§ A surge Hopper (10 Cum) with Vibbro Feeder is arranged in between Primary & Secondary Crushing Stations.
§ The Secondary Crushing Station mainly consist of Cone Crusher and Vibrating Screen.
§ A Surge Hopper (10 Cum) with vibbro feeder is arranged in between Secondary & Tertiary Crushing Stations.
§ The Tertiary Crushing Stations mainly consist of VSI and Vibrating Screen.
§ All the Crushing Stations and belt Conveyors do not require heavy duty RCC Foundations, minimizing the erection time and cost of civil works.
§ In Two Stage aggregate crushing plant it is not possible to achieve combined flakiness and elongation index within the limits of 30%.
We offer Hammer Mills that are used for crushing of dry and wet brittle, medium-hard material for the mining, coal, cement, construction material, metallurgic, road building and petroleum & chemical industries. It crushes the material through repeated collisions between high-speed hammer.
The operating principal of hammer crusher: The motor fitted in the Hammer Mills drives the rotor and rotate the hammer crusher at high speed. This is done though the belt on the rotor that has series hammers. The material is crushed using the rotating hammers fitted in the hammer crusher at high rotation speed. After getting the required size of the material, it is released from the outlet to be the final crushed product. However, the remaining large material is again sent back to the hammer crusher for re-crushing and is crushed until the needed size is achieved. We are engaged in offering Impact Crusher that finds application in highway, hydroelectricity, artificial stone & sand and building material. The large, medium and small material, with side length of less than 500mm and compression resistance less than 350MPA, can be crushed using our Impact Crusher.
The working principle of Impact Crusher: The high speed motor fitted in the impact crusher drives and rotates the rotor. The material shifted to the hammer affected area at high speed is moved to the impact device fitted above the rotor continuously. For further re-crushing, the material is rebounded to the hammer affected area. All the material starting from small and large are crushed in the impact chamber repeatedly. It is an ongoing process until the material is crushed as per the needed sizes. After proper crushing, the material is released from the outlet of our impact crusher. We offer PCL Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher, which also known as sand making machine and used to crush minerals into pieces. This sand making machine is designed and developed after thorough study of mechanical mining equipment for years. It is based on the technology adopted by the products of internationally known Barmac Company of America. Our Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher is used for all types of cement, mineral, bauxite chamotte, corhart, glass raw material, carborundum grain, stone stock and machine made construction sand. It is also used for crushing hard and anti corrosion metallurgy slag, especially carborundum, sintered bauxite and magnetite. It is considered more productive that the other crushers available in the market.
The working principal of our sand maker: The sand making machine start working when a stone of up to 50 mm enters in the machine using the conveyor belt. Then, the stone is crushed while hitting the other stones and finally the material drops to impeller cavity. With the centrifugal force, the machine hits material which is moving downwards. The stones hit each other several times, forcing a vortex between the impeller and shell. This causes breaking up of the stones into smaller pieces, and shifts it to vibrating screen. The finely crushed material is moved to the sand washing machine for further processing. However, the large pieces are sent back to the sand maker for further crushing.
To meet the specific requirements of the clients, we are also offering different output sizes of our sand maker machine. The clients might have to use other necessary machines, in case the provided input size is larger that the designed size.
