Satish Kumar Gupta (Chairman)
Satish Kumar Gupta is the founder and chairman of Jakson, a leading manufacturer of DG sets ranging from 15kVA - 2000kVA. Satish is also a founder member and chairman of Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad and Vice President of Medical Science & Education Trust, Ghaziabad.
With his far reaching vision, management skills, innovative ideas, untiring efforts and dynamic leadership, he leads the over-all management of the company.
He began his career in 1940 and holds wide experience in Sales & Marketing of Electrical Switchgear, Generating Sets and many more technologies in the industry. Satish holds a B.Com (Hons) (Bachelor of Commerce) degree.
Sameer Gupta (Managing Director)
Sameer Gupta is the Managing Director of Jakson, a leading manufacturer of DG sets ranging from 15kVA - 2000kVA. In his current role, he leads all aspects of business finances leading to steady annual growth.
Joining Jakson in 1990, he brought his engineering background to work for the company. He spearheaded the development of several world-class manufacturing facilities involving diverse technologies that have multiplied Jakson’s manufacturing capacity from less than 1000 Gensets to about 6000 Gensets per year. He has assisted the company to experience phenomenal growth in sales numbers and human resource.
Sameer holds bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and subsequently went on to attend a short-term management course at IIM Ahmedabad. He is currently a member of CII and FICCI. Sundeep Gupta (Jt. Managing Director)
Sundeep Gupta is the Jt. Managing Director of Jakson, a leading manufacturer of DG sets ranging from 15kVA - 2000kVA.
He spearheads business growth for Control Panels and Exports. He took over his current role in 1990 and since then he has greatly contributed to the growth of these business lines and established the offerings as a market leader in India. He is also responsible for the company’s IT infrastructure and manages several crucial corporate issues.
Sunil Narang (Director)
Sunil Narang is the Director of Jakson, a leading manufacturer of DG sets ranging from 15kVA - 2000kVA.
In this role he is responsible for managing the company’s sales and marketing strategy and top line revenue generation in the domestic market. He heads all functions for CRM and post-sales support to customers.
Sunil joined Jakson in 1997 with over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing. Prior to joining Jakson, Sunil had extensive marketing management experience as a General Manager (Marketing) at Telemacenique and Control (I) Ltd.
He holds a Masters degree in Commerce and Economics along with a course in Public Relations.
DP Nadkarni (Director)
DP Nadkarni is the Director of Jakson heading the entire genset manufacturing facilities at Daman. He is responsible for conditions process improvement that maximizes operating effectiveness and profits.
He took over the role in 1994 with a broad knowledge of key aspects of manufacturing including production, product engineering, process engineering and quality assurance.
Navin Krishen (Non Executive Director)
Navin Krishen is the Managing Director of Kanwar Krishen and Associates (P) Ltd- a leading Electrical Consulting Company in India. He acts as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Directors of Jakson. With a vast engineering background, Krishen brings valuable market knowledge and adds to the external perspective that helps Jakson to identify new opportunities of growth and decision making.

Jakson is now successfully implementing principles of Six Sigma to eliminate defects in its processes. There is a strong management commitment and support to adopt this culture of accuracy for accelerated growth and productivity and transfer the benefit to the customer in terms of quality products and greatly reduced CAPEX & OPEX.
SAP has been integrated into the system to facilitate and enhance company’s linkage with its customers and suppliers ensuring error free transactions.

We are witnessing enormous abuse of natural resources today - environmental degradation resulting from urbanization as well as severe shortage in energy due to rapid increase in demand. We recognize that efficient energy management is the best solution to the problem and we made it our vision to develop high-efficiency DG Sets and Panels and provide our customers with energy efficient products and services.
