The company has ultra modern plant and infrastructure of W.H.O. G.M.P. Standard and hygienic atmosphere to process and products quality Rubber Stoppers, from different categories of elastomer like Butyl, Bromo Butyl, Natural and Latex. Our infrastructure is the foundation of our organization and we use latest machines and cutting edge technology in the manufacturing process. Different machines that we us in the production process are-

Dispersion Kneader: This is used for mixing the raw material.

Mixing Mill: We use mixing mill for the purpose of mixing rubber compounds.

Compression Molding Machine: Weighed rubber strips are molded on compression molding with exact pressure and temperature.

Power Press: We use power press to punch to mold rubber sheets with gang punch.

In addition tom these, we also use Injection Molding Machine, Punching Machine with trimming die, We also use different kinds machines to autoclave rubber stopper with required time, temperature and pressure. We ensure that our machines are highly upgraded from time to time to maintain their efficiency. Rubber stopper are sorted individually in clean room of class 1 Lac in hygenic condition. Our high end machines enables us to produce 40 million rubber stoppers per month and 20 million flip off seals per month.

Quality is our forte and we never take a chance with it. We undertake stringent quality checks at each stage of the manufacturing processes. Our in-house specifications and standard formulations meet the requirement of the Indian Pharmacopeias 1996. Different instruments and equipments that we use to test the quality of our products are:
