In addition to this, we also have a special plant for surface treatment of our products that includes vacuum materializing, electroplating, powder coating, galvanizing, painting to give smooth finish and shine to the lights.

Furthermore, we have installed modern machines and equipment in our unit, which are like power presses and CNC injection molding machines. In addition to this, we also have a testing unit where all our products undergo rigorous checks to ensure durability and efficient functioning at clients end. This unit is well equipped with light photo goniometers, vibration testers and many other equipment. Throughout the production process, our engineers, QC personnel, production planning and quality control department monitor the minute details to deliver flawless and superior quality range.
Apart from this, our packaging unit pack the products properly to ensure safe delivery of our range. In addition to this, we are well connected to airports, sea ports and a professional team of forwarding agents ensure fast delivery of the cargo to the clients.

Our warehousing facility enables us to store the raw materials and finish products safely. This also help us in fast delivery of our final products with the demand of our clients.
