• 1 mounting bracket

Parts replacement procedure:

• Removal of limit switches (LS1, LS2 and LS3)
• Installing the proximities (PS) and their mounting bracket
• Adjustment in a way to maintain 2 to 4 mm gap between PS and cam
• Modification of electrical circuit as per the supplied components and electrical diagram

Parts replacement procedure:

• Dismantling guide rod and column assembly to deactivate pneumatic connections
• Replacing column assembly along with lead screws
• Ensure height adjustment lever is fitted appropriately opposite to the electrical panel
• Fixing six mounting screws to lead screw nut and top drive set on both sides
• Fixing mounting screws at bottom (to body) and top (to drive set)
• Drilling holes and fixing guide bearings on top drive set
• Connecting both columns with existing (5FRM) top cover
• Drill holes on the body for mounting chain locking lever with reference to synchronizing chain
• Locking levers should enter into chain after assembly mounting
